Our franchisee induction program is a balance of office based skills relevant to managing a successful Hairhouse Warehouse franchise and practical hands-on training in our best practice stores. You will also complete a 12-month accredited management program designed to reinforce the key business processes you will need to achieve success in that vital first year of operation. Our training doesn’t stop when we hand you the keys. From day one, new franchisees are mentored one-on-one by a member of the operations team to ensure that you have the knowledge and tools to succeed as a long term franchisee with Hairhouse Warehouse.
Developing your team. We take a multi-channel approach to training. Aligning ourselves with multiple training providers all recognized as world class in their areas of specialization and who can therefore meet some very specific needs for our business. There’s no “one size fits all” solution to training at Hairhouse Warehouse. We’re confident that we have the very best training providers in the three key areas of our business: Salon skills, retail sales and business management. Access to training and development programs at Hairhouse Warehouse is not dependant on store locations, we ensure that all training is consistent across the whole group and is flexible to all of our staff.
