Dear Valued Customers,

As we navigate through the unprecedented and ever-changing situation regarding the COVID-19 outbreak, we wanted to update you all to outline our current position.

The latest Government update, has allowed the work of hairdressers to continue. Therefore, our network of Independent / Family-Owned stores (under the Hairhouse Group) will continue to trade (strictly within the government imposed limitations).

Our store teams continue to enforce strict hygiene practices that are part of our daily practice. This includes increased strict social distancing between clients, disinfecting of all surfaces (including floors & benches), client chairs and all equipment.

Hand sanitiser is available throughout the stores.

It's an incredibly tough time for everyone, therefore we kindly ask that anyone who is experiencing virus-like symptoms, to stay safe & at home.

Our staff will happily help you to reschedule your appointment for a later date. We are also asking the same of our team members.

Online purchasing will operate as normal. Click and Collect will still be available at select stores


Whilst shopping centres and shopping precincts remain open to the public, we will be trading as usual. We currently do not have any restrictions in place for the purchase of hair care.

We would like to thank you for your loyalty and custom, and we look forward to things resuming back to normal, as soon as possible.
